Lip wrinkles can be dynamic as a result of orbicularis oris hypertrophy or static from atrophy of the lip soft tissue. If the wrinkles are dynamic, small amounts of Botox will improve the wrinkles. If static, Juvederm or Restylane are ideal to increase the volume of the lip and plump the area.
