If you already have wrinkles, the best cream to reduce them is a cream containing retinol or retinoic acid. Initially using these creams will cause some mild peeling and irritation but typically the skin adjust to this and the dryness should only last a couple of weeks.

If you do not yet have any wrinkles and want to prevent them, the best cream to use is a sunblock with an SPF of 30 or higher, that contains zinc oxide. If it also contains avobenzone or mexoryl that is even better.
