A: Endoscopic browlift uses smaller incisions

An endoscopic browlift means the surgery is performed using several small incisions hidden in the hair. The outstanding optics in today's endoscopic equipment allow great visualization of the surgical field via small incisions and avoids a large coronal incision going across one's scalp. Both endoscopic and traditional open approaches can achieve excellent brow elevation but the advantage of an endoscopic approach is decreased scarring and hair loss.
