a doctor near me has a special offer for $999 "laser neck lift". before i call the office, what should i know about laser neck lifting. is it effective? safe?

It is tightening of the neck by either using a laser on the neck skin surface such as thermage or Titan. It can also be similar to liposuction where a fiber of laser is inserted under the skin and it burns fat and tightens skin. None of these are as good as the traditional neck liposuction combined with surgical necklift.
