A Lower Body Lift (aka Belt Lipectomy) = Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) + lateral Thigh Lift (x 2) + Buttock Lift.

To lift anything you have to reach directly over it and pull. The same applies to sagging skin and fat. When we gain weight and then deflate, the body is surrounded by such deflated, overhanging tissues.

With YOUR input and preference for underwear / bathing suits, the Plastic surgeon will determine where to place the scar. In surgery ALL the loose skin near the scar will be removed. Once done, the sagging buttocks and lateral thighs are lifted. In the Tummy Tuck portion, the six pack muscle which were separated by pregnancy and obesity, will be brought back to the center (Thereby flattening the abdomen and narrowing the waist).

It is a very large operation, if done at one time, with a considerable recovery period.
