Dysport, like BOTOX, is a Botulilnum Type A neurotoxin. It is made by Ipsen, a French drug company. Medicis will have the rights to sell it in the United States.

The dosing will be different than Botox and its diffusion will also be different, but its relaxing effects will be the same.
