What happens if I have my 690cc breast implants (D cup) I got 2 weeks ago removed, and get my old 390cc (C cup) ones? Will my breasts look stretched if I change to a smaller size implant? I need help I hate the size of my new implants.

If only two weeks have gone by since your surgery, it will most likely be fine to return to the smaller implants.  Some pocket modification may be required to correct for the smaller implants.  My experience has been that the breast tissue still has enough elasticity to return to its previous appearrance.
