There are few surgical techniques to correct loose skin around the neck.

1) Liposuction can be used for excess fat.

2) Skin Excision can be performed.

3) Neck Lift in isolation or in combination with a facelift, segmental lift, or smartlift.

Consult with an experienced surgeon to discuss the various possibilities.
