How are gummy bear implants different from silicone gel implants? Are they even available in the US?

The yet to be released cohesive gel implant, aka Gummy Bear", is firmer than the current FDA-approved silicone gel implants and they are not currently available for everyone's use. We do not know when the FDA will release them and they won't be the right implant for everyone. The implants that will be relased by Allergan, the 410, are shaped and therefore textured and in spite of a wide template of implants available, won't be for everyone. They will also have a higher price point than current implants.
