Information on Velashape, Velasmooth, and Lipomax RE?

I am considering Velashape, Velasmooth, or Lipomax RE, but I don't see a lot of information about them. Are they no good? I have read they are the new ones. I think all of them are non-invasive but I want to be sure about these treatments.
