Don't waste your money. You can talk to your surgeon about options for breast reduction, but VelaShape should not be one of them. Liposuction alone is sometimes used for breast reduction. However, most women with large breasts aren't just bothered by the size of the breasts; they're also bothered by the shape (and sag) of their breasts. Using liposuction will make your breasts smaller, but won't do much to improve their shape.
For correction of size and shape, a more comprehensive type of breast reduction should be done. There are options here, too. Some surgeons do only a "wise pattern" scar for breast reduction (the long "anchor" scar). While others (including myself) offer a short scar breast reduction technique, like the SPAIR, which uses a "lollipop" scar.
Look at lots of before and after photos at your surgeon's office. Get your questions answered by someone who has actually examined YOUR breasts, because all breasts are different and the right answers for you likely aren't the right answers for someone else.
