V Beam Laser After Partially Removing Eyebrow Tattoo?

I'm going to be getting a V Beam treatment to help remove the redness on my face. But, 3 months ago, I had my brows tattooed a light ash brown color. She didn't give me the shape I asked for and she had to remove some of the pigment from above my brow to give them a better shape. This left a lot of redness where she extracted some pigment and I think there may be trace amounts left. I am hoping that the V Beam treatment will remove the redness above my brow, but I am also concerned because I have heard that lasers can turn the pigment black. Any help/advice please?
