If the nipples do not "round out" a small revision may be in order. Otherwise this looks like a very nice and natural result. The degree of lift is largely defined by the patients anatomy. The inframammary fold is a an anatomic landmark the usually defines the bottom of the breast. It does not look like any further degree of lifting would have been possible without an ill-placed implant or "star gazing" nipples. Both complications we as plastic surgeons try desperately to avoid.
