Hello Lorabora,
I would personally say that without a question you are too young to be considering a mid-face lift or cheek implants at the age of 20 (I would say this even without looking at your photos!).
Unless you have a true boney or soft tissue abnormality of the mid-face (and I do mean abonormality such as birth defect, trauma, or moderate-severe midface retrusion) then surgery at your age does not make a lot of sense.
For one thing you are still going to see some changes in your face over the next decade or two and having a surgery done at this time will to some degree affect what you can do in the future.
While cheek implants are a relatively straight forward surgical procedure what must be kept in mind is that the implants should stay in place for a long time - they shouldn't be thought of as something that one takes in and out as time goes on. As I mentioned above your facial anatomy will be undergoing some changes and therefore an implant that suits you now may not do so in a few years.
A properly performed mid-face lift is an extensive surgical procedure that comes with significant risk and considerable change to your anatomy -- not a wise thing to do considering you have many, many years ahead of you!
I do not wish to downplay your concerns about your mid-face, so I would recommend that you see a board certified Surgeon in your area and let them examine you and answer your questions in a straight forward and honest way.
You may also find that a smaller procedure using fillers may very well address some of your concerns in a non-permanent and natural looking way.
Good luck.
