Hello,
The volume difference you are talking about is small. Sizing in general is best decided between patient and surgeon while you are there to be examined. Online discussion will likely not help you with this one.
I am a mother of 3, 5'2" and currently 120 lbs, I wear 34 A bra, but don't fill it out! (I'm not sure if this matters but, my breast width is between 10-10.4 inches). I'm having Breast Implants under the muscle, and also full Tummy Tuck with Liposuction. I am trying to achieve a full, natural look, without looking stripper-like. My surgeon suggested Silicone HP 280 cc's. I've seen before and after pics on the Internet and feel I can be a tad bigger. The next one up will be 320 cc's. Any suggestions?

280 cc is a relatively small implant for someone with a 10 inch breast diamter. The proper implant size has to fit the diameter of your breast as well as other measerements. One of the most important decisions in breast augmentation surgery is the size of your implant. I would talk to your plastic surgeon again about what you want.best of luck
