I had injections for tennis elbow and my skin has thinned. Can you suggest the best treatment to thicken the skin back around the elbow? The skin has also lost pigmentation. I have olive skin tone.

Thinning of skin and hypopigmentation after kenalog injections.
There are no well accepted treatments to reverse or correct the atrophy caused by steroid injections other than to allow time for the skin to turnover and steroid effects to dissipate.In the event of longterm atrophy, you could consider a fat injection or dermal fat graft and/or flap to restore fullness.
