 I am a 30 yr old female. I have sudden breakouts of pimples once in 3 months. The pimples are painful and they leave scars on my face. Kindly help me.

Painful pimples

Painful recurrent pimples probably require combination treatments that include aggressive topical prescriptions and oral antibiotics +/- oral contraceptives. Non prescription over the counter remedies and options will probably not be sufficient. I would suggest an evaluation by a dermatologist for possible prescription therapy.
