Treatment for Stretch Marks, Scars, and Pigmentation on Hips and Buttocks?

My entire buttocks and hips have stretch marks, scars, and dark pimentation. This problem has been existent since my puberty days. The skin on this area appears visibly dark, unven, and rough as compared to the rest of my body. I feel very embarrassed and have never tried wearing a swim suit. Is there any laser treatment available to diminish scars, reduce hyperpigmentation, and lighten stretch marks? Or any peels that would work? Any advice would be sincerly appreciated.

Hi! I've had this problem, and I tried using topical bleaching ''whitening'' creams, and a lot of vitamin E oil, such as (BIO OIL). It doesnt make the stretch marks disappear of course, BUT the hyperpigmentation problem will be solved by the bleaching cream, such as (Obagi Cream or Carolight oil), and vit e which makes the skin more elastic, will soften up the marks & diminish the appearance of scars. There are certain laser treatments, but with very few effects.
