 How about neither??  Smartlipo has never been shown (including at a recent national plastic surgery meeting) to be better than traditional liposuction.  Ultrashape will only give you a minimal result at best.  Why not go the a Board Certified plastic surgeon and ask them what is best for you and what will really give you a result you are happy with?
