Procedures for Stretched out Skin, Large Pores, and Tiny Wrinkles?

My facial skin has been stretched from using a clay mask that completely dried and pulled the skin. Now, my pores have been stretched out and are very large over my entire face, and I have tiny wrinkles all over my face from stretched skin. This happened 2 months ago and my skin has not gone back to normal. My skin now appears very rough and wrinkly, and I am only 28. What procedures would you recommend to restore my skin to normal?
