You may be noticing previous lower lid wrinkles now that your Crow's feet are improved.

Sanjay Grover, MD answers: Should there be wrinkles after Botox?

I had Botox injected into my crow's feet 5 days ago. It's certainly done the job on the deep lines I had around the corners of my eyes. However, I'm sure my eyes now look extra wrinkly underneath, which isn't what I intended.

Does this happen a lot and is there a remedy for it?

You may be noticing previous lower lid wrinkles now that your Crow's feet are improved.  Botox should not create new wrinkles under the eyes following treatment of the Crow's feet.  You may benefit from a blepharoplasty procedure or laser resurfacing.

You may be noticing your lower eyelids are more wrinkled now that your crow's feet are corrected. It's highly unlikely that they were made worse by the botox. LIke some of the other's have commented, you would probably benefit from laser resurfacing of your lower eyelid area.
