I spent $3,200 on the Velashape treatment with no results at all. Now I am going to get Smart Lipo but don't want to use the same medical spa that did the velashape treatment. I live in Wichita, KS. Does anyone have any experiences to share with Smart Lipo with a Dr. in this area?

Top recommendation - don't go to a medispa for cosmetic surgery

Medispas have come around in the past several years and have routinely been associated with issues and problems regarding quality. While their can be well run and pretty spas, the likelihood that you will have a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon is about nil. Smart lipo in Kansas

Don't personally know anyone in Kansas but some general principles may be helpful. 1. Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 2. Member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery 3. Experience manefested by surgeon showing you previous patient pictures, how long have they been using the smart lipo 4. Other patient feedback. Can they give you names of other patients who would be able to speak to you.
