Best Procedure for Keloid Removal?
What's the best procedure for keloid removal? Mine was caused by acne in my chest. How much does it cost, and what are chances of recurrence after surgery?

Keloid on the chest
A keloid on the chest is usually very difficult to deal with. They commonly recur. AS a first line treatment I usually recommend excision with serial steroid injections spaced 6 weeks apart for 3 rounds of injections. If this fails, then excision with local superficial radiation treatment has been found to have a higher success rate.
