Smart Lipo should not affect the muscle

I am thinking about smart lipo. I am 52.. when the lazer melts the fat does it also burn the muscle? And how does the fat drain other than through the incisions?

Smart Lipo is performed in the fat (above the muscle) and just under the skin.

It should not affect the muscle and the fat should be removed by suction as the last step. Fluid may still drain out in the next 24-48 hours.
