Saline filled lip implants such as Fulfil and verafil feel quite soft as a general rule. They don't seem to harden with time and look quite natural. After a couple of months, you tend to forget you have them in your lips and usually nobody kissing you will know they are there. Cost is roughly $1500-2000 per lip. It is done under local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes to do.
