Safe to combine breast augmentation revision, areola reduction and lipo?

I'm interested in a getting a breast augmentation revision (going smaller) with a possible areola reduction and liposuction of the inner/outer thighs and possibly stomach and flanks. Is it safe to do all this in one surgery? Thanks in advance!

In many patients this combination may be safe.  Your evaluating plastic surgeon is the best one to review the details of optimizing safety and reviewing risk factors.   In my practice all patients over 40 and any patients with significant medical problems also have a visit with their internist... more

This is a very common question asked.  From what you have listed, and assuming that you are healthy and young, I would likely say that it would be ok to undergo those multiple procedures.  Hope that helps.  I think the rate limiting procedure is going to be the breast revision surgery which at... more
