Is It Safe to Use Retinoids While on Accutane?

I am on Accutane. Can I use Retinoids if I can tolerate it? I want to deal with some hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and generally improve the look of my skin. My skin is (surprisingly) not that sensitive right now.

Other than irritation, are there any reasons why I should not use tretinoin or tazorac while on oral isotretinoin?
