Please understand that the costs of surgery include the fee to the surgeon, the anesthesia, paying the facility fee, paying the nurses salaries, paying for the equipment, the sutures, the insurance etc etc. There is just no possible way $1000 will cover a rhinoplasty when you consider all of the costs in doing it.
