No.

You will get what you pay for!! It's your nose on the front of your face. Be smart and wait until you can afford good surgery.

No reputable surgeon performs rhinoplasty for $1,000.

There are no reputable surgeons that are performing a rhinoplasty for $1,000 or less. It would be unwise to choose a surgeon to perform this procedure because they are the cheapest. It is very important that you find a doctor who has performed thousands of rhinoplasty surgeries to give you the best result possible.

Be Careful What You Ask For

To repeat what has already been said, Rhinoplasty at less than $1000 is not possible with a Board Certified, licensed Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon in the United States. In fact, it is probably not possible to have the procedure performed in Mexico for this price! There have been cases in Florida where non-licensed foreign Physicians and indeed non Physicians have done "procedures" on patients, at their homes. Predictably, several of these situations made headlines... more

Rhinoplasty Under $1000

Hi Daniel, Your best bet would be at one of the major universities close to you. Often times Plastic surgery or ENT residents in training will operate on patients at no cost, or for minimal fees. Here is Los Angeles, at UCLA and at their dreaded cross town rival USC, those departments have residents perform rhinoplasty under the supervision of top "Beverly Hills" rhinoplasty specialists. U of Wisconsin may be the place for you. Be warned that going this route is like what... more

Rhinoplasty cannot be performed for that price

Although Rhinoplasty is rarely covered by insurance companies for patients who have experienced trauma or nasal tumor excision with resulting saddle nose deformities, purely cosmetic rhinoplasty for $1000 doesn't even cover the costs of the operating room, staff, equipment, sutures, etc. let alone leave anything over for the time and skill involved. Save your money for a qualified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Only Facial Plastic Surgeons have an intricate knowledge of and experience with the... more

Cheap Rhinplasty Is Always Expensive

If you try to get a cheap rhinoplasty then you risk having poor result that will require a more expensive and more risky revision surgery.  You should instead try saving your money over a few years to get a good surgeon. Your nose has been with you for a while and it can wait a little longer. Regards

If you want bargain cosmetic surgery you might get bargain results

Cosmetic surgery should be taken seriously. The top specialists charge more because they provide quality surgery and get superior results. Do you really want to gamble with your face? This is the nose you will have for the rest of your life. I think it is better to save and see a reputable specialist for a rhinoplasty than to look for the biggest bargain. Cosmetic surgery is like many other consumer products, you usually get what you pay for. If you want quality it costs more but you get a... more

Don't price surgery on your nose dependent on the price.

The price level you are seeking cannot be fulfilled in the U.S. The operating room fee alone may be $1,000. For average fees charged by board certified Plastic Surgeons not including anesthesia and operating room fees, please go here: http://www.plasticsurgery.org/Media/stats/2008-surgeon-physician-fees-cosmetic-surgery-minimally-invasive-procedures.pdf You should understand that surgeon's fee, use of proper surgical center or hospital, anesthesia fees all are part of the cost. Rhinoplasty cost?

Rhinoplasty is without question one of the most complex and challenging procedures in facial plastic surgery. Surgeons who are truly qualified to perform this procedure are not going to perform the operation at the price you suggest. The typical cost of primary rhinoplasty is 5-10 thousound. This covers the cost of the anesthesia, facility, and the surgeon. The one thing you dont want to do is look for the least expensive surgeon. Look for the best surgeon and if they happen to be... more

Fee for a rhinoplasty vary considerably

Rhinoplasty or nose reshaping is widely regarded as one of the most complex cosmetic surgical procedures. The surgeon must have sound surgical skills, a detailed knowledge of anatomy, a wide range of techniques to treat various deformities, and a sense of artistry to combine everything into a balanced aesthetic nose. Ask yourself, do you think the surgeon's fee, anesthetists fee and operating room fee could be adequately covered by the fee you suggest. If someone suggests that they could do... more

Rhinoplasty for under $1000??

Please understand that the costs of surgery include the fee to the surgeon, the anesthesia, paying the facility fee, paying the nurses salaries, paying for the equipment, the sutures, the insurance etc etc. There is just no possible way $1000 will cover a rhinoplasty when you consider all of the costs in doing it.
