Depends on the type of wrinkle you want to treat

Dynamic wrinkles are ones that happen when you make expressions on your face-they move. examples are crow's feet around the eyes, frown lines and worry lines on the forehead.

Dynamic wrinkles are best treated with Botox which quiets the muscle, stops the motion and thus the formation of the wrinkle.

Static wrinkles and lines are those that you see when your face is at rest-they are usually deeper and around the mouth-examples are the nasal labial fold lines, marionette lines, pre-jowl sulchus, and tear trough. restylane and other fillers like Juvederm, Evolence Perlane and others are best used here to plump the depression.

Be sure to consult an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who actually understands the difference between a static and dynamic wrinkle. Filers like Restylane are disappointing when used on wrinkles caused by actively contracting muscles.
