Pulsed Dye Laser: Q&A

Ask a Question

Pulsed Dye Laser for Hereditary Redness or Keratosis Pilaris?

I've got red cheeks which are caused a small bit by my Irish heritage but I also think I have Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii. They're red 24/7 and get worse with heat and go extremely red with embarrassment, etc. and there is no possible way I can go without having this treated as soon as possible.

I've had it basically all my life, and now at 16 almost 17, as you can imagine it's proving to be a huge problem. Would Pulsed Dye Laser help the permanent redness at least? I assume there are no age restrictions? Thanks a lot.
