You are facing three difficult aspects of your proposed surgery: the number of procedures in a single operation, the time for recovery, and having this done away from home. A conservative way of looking at this is that you are really pushing the envelope. A more realistic way of looking at this is that you are flirting with disaster.
These three operations together is a lot for anyone to consider. In addition to physician fatigue (this will take at least 8 hours), there is an increased risk of complications, and an increased risk of prolonged hospitalization. You may also need to have a blood transfusion. So, be careful with the number of things you are doing at once.
The recovery time of ten days is probably all right for a breast lift, or even a breast lift with some limited liposuction. But this is way too short a period of recovery for a tummy tuck alone. So, you need more time.
The most concerning aspect is that you will be traveling away from you home, this is termed medical tourism. No doubt you are considering this due to costs. However this is often an unsafe compromise. If you have a complication after you come home, who is going to take care of you? Whom will you see if there is a problem with healing, of if you have an infection? And, how will any complications be handled where you are having you surgery? If you have a blood clot in your leg, or bleeding during and after surgery, how will this be handled, and by whom? Put bluntly, are you willing to place your life in the hands of the medical system in the country where you will be having your surgery?
I most strongly caution you against having many procedures in the same operation, with inadequate recovery time, in a country in which you do not reside. You are gambling not with you money, but with your life and health. Don't do it!
