Qualifications to perform Liposuction

Can any doctor do liposuction, or would I need to see a specialist of some kind?  Thank you.

Any doctor can perform liposuction, but it is a skilled technique that comes with time and experience to be adept at this artform.

Usually you should look for a Board certified palstic surgeon who is a member of ASPS and ASAPS. I have met non plastic surgeons and some dermatologists thru out my travels that were very skilled, but they had a huge experince base over many years

whoever you are seeing, ask about their qualifications, their expereince and their complications if they will tell you that.
