Quadralase Vs Palomar 1540 with Syneron Matrix?

Is Quadralase (CO2 Laser) or Palomar 1540 with Syneron Matrix more effective?
I am debating which treatments would be more effective. Would the Quadralase laser (made by Candela) which is an ablative CO2 laser or the Palomar 1540 Fractional laser.
Is one treatment of Quadralase laser equivalent to 4 of the Palomar 1540 Fractional with syneron matrix as well? I am looking to minimize some acne scaring, fine wrinkles around lips and mouth and eyes. Which one produces the most effective results? So confused.
