Procedure to Lower the Upper Eyelids?

Big space in upper eyelid... too big for a male. Maybe it is good for women but not for me. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I want to ask your opinion on fixing this. Surgical or fillers? Some more details about the surgery.

Lowering the upper eyelids

There is no way to lower the upper eyelids. Fat injections have been tried and do not perform well in this area due to unevenness and lumpiness. The crease cannot really be lowered.

Fat injections for upper eyelids.

Hi! It's hard to be sure without actually seeing what you look like, but probably injecting a little of your own fat (from abdomen or thigh) into the upper eyelids will give you the look you want..
