Plastic surgery options to improve scar and hip area aesthetics?
I was in a bad car accident where I fractured my femur and my pelvic bone. I had to get a metal plate with screws implanted, which was later removed. It left my upper thigh badly disfigured to where it looks like I have no hip on my left side. My left leg is about a quarter inch shorter than the right due to the bone loss from the fracture. Also my butt went flatter from breaking my pelvic bone.
What plastic surgery options are there to give me an upper thigh/hip/butt back as well as minimize scarring?
