I want to know how many patients can and what is the average number of patients do plastic surgeons operate in 1 day?

Number of plastic surgery procedures performed in a day
It really depends on the nature of the surgeons practice. Some procedures take as little as 30 minutes to an hour while others take 6 or more hours. Therefore a plastic surgeon can perform as many as 8 procedures a day or as little as one. Most operate 2-3 days per week.

Surgeries per day for a plastic surgeon
The number of surgeries performed each day by a plastic surgeon will vary tremendously. Most surgeons do not operate every day and each surgery can take a different amount of time. I would say most do about 300 major surgeries per year operating 2 or 3 days a week.
