Contrary to popular belief and conventional wisdom, I think that photos by themselves are not very helpful. Most sites screen out bad photos so you are usually seeing a biased set of photos. Of course seeing obviously "bad" photos may be a tip that you are looking at the wrong surgeon.

The other thing is that  photos are not the end objective of surgery; it is the happiness or satisfaction of the patient that is. You can see photos that you lie, or hate, and not know if the patient was happy or unhappy with the results. You can see a lot of breasts that you think are too big, or too small, or too round, but maybe that is what the patient wants. Or it maybe the bais of the surgeon. You cannot even tell if the surgeon is one who dictates results or gives a patient what they want regardless of his bias. Even if you see a result that looks like your breasts, and you lke the result, the surgery and implant that is used may or may not appply to your situation because there are so many variables that do not show up in the photos.

Unfortunately, I think you have to reserve judgment until you speak to the surgeon, speak to his patients, and spend time discussing your individual situation.
