Does the Pearl Fractional Laser Work to Minimize Pores?

I would like to have Pearl laser, the fractional one, the local doctor says it is the only thing that will work for open pores.  But everything I have read on it is about thin lines and sun damage; there is nothing on pores. 

So, does the Pearl fractional laser really work to minimize pores?

Yes, but I find CO2 to be more effective. Thank you for your question and good luck with everything.
