Do over-the-counter creams (ie. hylexin and hydroxatone) really work at diminishing dark under eye circles, or is this just a gimmick?

Dark Eye Circles and OTC Creams
Hi Slm,
When I heard the radio commercial for hylexin "study" it sounded too good to be true. When I called and asked for samples to try on my patients, they only wanted money. I would save yours. If you do find any cream that is effective for dark circles please let us all know.
