Options for excessively large breasts

I have obnoxiously large breasts, and I dread waking up in the morning because of them. I cannot afford surgery (one doctor quoted me at $15,000 for breast reduction and lift). I was wondering if there are specific exercises I can do to reduce my breast size dramatically? Thanks.

If your breasts are extremely large, insurance may pay for the entire operation.  Check with your insurance carrier to see if this is a covered procedure, and then visit some plastic surgeons who accept your insurance.  As far as exercises go, there really aren't any that will reduce the size of your breasts.  Before having any procedures done, check out some before and after pictures.  Good luck!
