Fat grafting will give more projection but not a cellulite treatment

I thought Liposuction would get rid of cellulite, but ended up with scars and a droopy bottom from the procedure years ago. What treatments can help me get rid of the scars and correct the droopy bottom? Is Brazilian Butt Lift an option?

Fat grafting to the Buttock area will give you more projection and will help to fill some of the droopy skin.It will not correct your cellulite! There are good reports regarding using velashape (Infra red,radiofrequency and mechanical energy) to promote cellulite reduction. I think it is safe to say that nothing will completely remove cellulite except skin excision which might not be an option.
