One stage for lift and implant

Barry E. DiBernardo, MD answers: Lollipop breast lift and implants in one procedure?

I am interested in getting a lollipop breast lift and a 370-400cc breast implants at the same time. I am currently a 36DD. I had one doctor tell me I need to do it in 2 seperate proceedures for best scaring results, the other tells me that I can do it in one. What is recomended?

Yes, it could be more accurate to do it in 2 stages, but if the implants are placed first and the lift is then conformed around the new implants you should be pretty close and not need to have a nother procedure. It is a big deal to have to commit to 2 surgeries, 2 or fees and 2 anesthesias. Do it in one if your surgeon is comfortable doing this  frequently
