No Drainage After Smart Lipo?

I had Smart Lipo assisted Liposuction on my hip area and have two small incisions covered by a tiny bandage.

I'm on day 6 and I haven't had any drainage or leaking and am wondering if that's normal? Don't the fluids need to come out from somewhere? If this helps, I'm 5'7 and weigh 145 pounds.

Maybe it is a hip area thing? I was looking this up because I had smartlipo on my hips 3 days ago and I haven't really had any draining or swelling. They took out 800cc
