No Drainage After Smart Lipo?

I had Smart Lipo assisted Liposuction on my hip area and have two small incisions covered by a tiny bandage.

I'm on day 6 and I haven't had any drainage or leaking and am wondering if that's normal? Don't the fluids need to come out from somewhere? If this helps, I'm 5'7 and weigh 145 pounds.
