Nasal Packing unnecessary after Rhinoplasty

Does everyone need nasal packing after a rhinoplasty?  It sounds really uncomfortable.

Nasal packing is only used if there is excessive bleeding after the surgery. When needed, I use a dissolvable packing that typically dissolves by the next day.
