Like everyone (I know!) - want to delay facial surgery as looong as possible. may be a face lift cream will do the trick.

By the time you need a face lift, it is too late for a cream.

It is far more important to install a good skin care regimen in your twenties and stick to it. With this method,  the skin itself does not need to be corrected, but the sagging due to gravity, bone resorption, deeper lines from expression ( which will be minimized with periodic Botox) would need to be addressed. Hopefully, some of the ultrasonic, radioi-frequency, etc. devices will be perfected and obviate face lifts entirely, but for now no such thing.

Pouring money into a face lift cream is like pouring your creams into the waste basket. The internet is strewn with ads claiming a cheaper alternative, but while fillers, Botox, IPL, lasers etc. can stave off that day, face lift creams will only disappoint.

Saving the long discourse, there are some measures which are irrefutable: sunscreen protection, smoking avoidance, a good diet, and oral vitamins and antioxidants. As for creams, in my opinion, the Retinoids ( Taz my favorite) and the alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic my favorite) have such a large pile of evidence that I am a believer. I also like to combine a Retinoid with a strong antioxidant....applying the Retinoid about 1/2 hour before the anti-oxidant. The jury is out on the peptides and such things as growth factor. They may work, and show great promise, but I await more evidence.
