My chest is growing, not from bench pressing! Hoping one of the doctors can answer whether male breast enlargement is reversible or is plastic surgery the only answer.

You should seek the evaluation of an endocrinologist first to evaluate possible hormonal or medication causes for the breast enlargement. There are a number of reasons why this could be occuring and they should be treated first.
