Does Lux 2940 Work on Laugh Lines?

Next week, I am going in for laser resurfacing with a Lux2940 for undereye wrinkles. I was going to ask my doctor if it would be alright to, at the same time, take care of a laugh line (there is only one on one side) that extends from my nose down to the corner of my mouth. Would this work well for this? It is a line, not a fold or dent, so I'm not sure a filler would work as well. Would a laser remove this?
