How Effective is Lux 2940 on Sun Damage?

I am 24 with severe sun damage. I would like to get my fine lines lasered off. Is this a bad idea? The laser available to me to have used is a Lux 2940. The pictures is not a very close up one, but there are lines under my eyes (severe from edema), on my forehead, and for some reason, on only one side where the nasolabial fold area is. To get just these 3 areas done, how much am I looking at paying?
