You do not need a blepharoplasty

I'm nineteen, in good physical health (not gonna lie I do have some low self esteem issues) and I want to know if it looks like I need it also.

The good news is that you have attractive eyes with good structure.  You do not need a blepharoplasty.

If the appearance of your eyes is a concern to you, the only thing I would consider is lower eyelid fillers.  You have a degree of lower eyelid hollowness.  That is what gives you the look of circles under your eyes. 

I would suggest having a consultation with a good cosmetic physician in your area and seeing if lower eyelid Restylane is right for you.
