I recommend using the "Find a Surgeon" directory on American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery website.

Membership in this society is by invitation only and the members of this society devote their practices to cosmetic surgical procedures. Most are also members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and are board certified in Plastic Surgery.

By the way, the combination of a tummy tuck, a butt lift, and a thigh lift is often called a lower body lift and/or belt lipectomy.  If you find a surgeon who does a lot of body contouring, they should be able to tell you which of these techniques are right for you.
